1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:  This agreement contains the entire understanding between Moments by Maria Photography (MBM Photography) and the client (named above).  It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties.  The only way to change or add to this agreement is to do so in writing, and providing the document is signed by all the relevant parties.

2. ONLINE GALLERY:  After the session once all photographs have been edited, MBM Photography will provide the client with an online gallery.  This gallery will contain all edited photographs from the event.  Online gallery will be available for viewing/sharing/downloading within 30 days of session date.

3.  PAYMENTS:  The client agrees that the balance is due on or before the session.  Invoice will be sent through Stripe.  Client agrees to pay non-refundable deposit to hold date for session.  If session must be rescheduled, deposit goes toward session at later date.

4.  MODEL RELEASE:  The client hereby assigns and grants MBM Photography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the client or in which the client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising or any other purpose and in any other manner and medium;  the client hereby releases MBM Photography from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.  It is agreed that MBM Photography may display and use the photos for advertising and promotions.

5.  MBM Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation and processing of photographs.  However, in the unlikely event of the clients phtographs being lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Jill's control, the latters liability to the return of all payments received for the event package.  The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals.
